Technical token statuses

Every token issued to a technical user has a status, shown on the Tokens tab.

Active

The token is valid and can be used to sign in. A technical user has only one token in this status at a time.

Revoked

The token was withdrawn and no longer works. This happens when an administrator revokes it, and also automatically when a new token is issued for the same technical user.

Expired

The date in the token's Expires at field has passed, so it no longer works. Issue a new token to restore access.
