Import item statuses

The answer to an import reports every item separately: its status and, when something went wrong, a list of errors.

Created (CREATED)​

A new record was created. internalEntityId holds its WMS identifier.

Updated (UPDATED)​

An existing record was found and changed, or linked to your identifier.

Skipped (SKIPPED)​

The item made no change. There are two cases:

  • errors is empty — there was nothing to do, for example the record already exists and the mode is Create only.
  • errors is not empty — the item failed. Each error has a path to the field inside the item's payload (for example lines[0].productId) and a message. Fix the data and send the item again.

Deleted (DELETED)​

The record was deleted (a document cancelled).

Restored (RESTORED)​

A deleted reference record was restored with deleted: false.
